Amongst our manufacturing equipment we have 2 roll mills, 3 roll-mills, z-blade mixers, dough mixers, barwells, extruders, transfer moulding presses and much more.
We also offer our customers a full product development and testing facility.
We can develop compounds to match specifications, colour match to specific colours including RAL and Pantone. Our test facility includes – Hardness, Specific Gravity, Tensile Strength, Elongation at Break, Compression Set, Immersion Tests, Flame Tests and Rheology.
